I have the Samsung LN52A-650 LCD TV and the BD-P1600 Blu-Ray player. I have wireless internet access in my house. Initially, I had a real problem getting the BR player to connect to the internet. It would find my SSID but would not connect. When I set the configuration to manual and input all the requested information, it failed the Ping test. After hours of troubleshooting, I found a piece of information on the web, telling me that the SSID cannot have characters or spaces in the ID. I had spaces in the SSID name, so once I fixed that, it connected without a problem. I didn't need to buy a new wireless router. That seemed to be the leading fix for this problem for others on the web. However, I didn't want to go through the hassle of re-configuring a new wireless router nor did I wanted to spend the money on one. In the end, I didn't have to.

If you use Xbox or Ps2 - this is The adapter : Cisco-Linksys WGA11B Wireless-B Game Adapter

I was a litte doubtful on how easy this would be to use. But I had it configured and playing online with my X-box in under 5 mins. I use Wep in 128 bit, and also use Mac filtering on my entrance point. I simplyed hooked the unit up to my laptop and configured the Wep setting with the easy to understand config wizard. Unit supports three dissimilar profiles so you can setup the config for dissimilar networks, and naturally chose which profile you want to use with a push of a button. Great highlight if you move your unit in bewteen accumulate wireless networks.

Most population could have this ready to go in about a minute, since they don't use Wep or Mac filtering. Already have plans to get one to go with the Replay Tv Box. No more cable clutter colse to my home. Also easy to connect many game consoles togther without the need of an entrance point. naturally chose the saem channel on each unit, and they each game console will see each other. Some concerns over wired connections, since ethernet can retain 100mb and the wireless only supports 11mbs. Any game setup for on-line play should have no issues, since most high speed internet tops at 1.5mbs and below.

Great product, just wondering what took them so long to make it

Simple, effective, transported : Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro II USB Analog & Digital Audio Adapter

I am very happy to see that this usb audio card worked without any problem or driver installs under Ubuntu 10.04. The "no driver required" is assuredly true from what I have seen.

I bought this because the shielding of the motherboard's audio yield was terrible in my computer. The main use-case is listening to music via headphones, and for this it worked great! The volume levels advent out were assuredly shocking at first, but after adjusting the sound volume in Pulse Audio (global and gadget specific) all things sounds as it should.

It's a bluetooth dongle. It does what it says on the tin.

I used it to connect a headset to my Pc. My engine runs Ubuntu Natty Narwhal and it associated to my wireless headset immediately, no problems, no frills. I can take it across the house too with no signal drops. It does what I need it to do with the Os that I run. A+
